Absolutely no regrets at all!

We happened to be on holiday in Harrogate and popped into the showroom just for a browse……we were so impressed with the kitchens on show, with the welcome and knowledge of Karen and with the absence of a hard sell. We spent ages talking things through and ended up buying from them even though we live almost 100 miles away.

Marc worked with our designs and kept within budget just suggesting a few options here in there that we hadn’t thought about. Karen was super helpful, knowledgeable, and even provided a soup lunch for us on the second visit to finalise everything!! What service!!

Due to distances involved, we needed to find our own fitter, but Mark made himself available on the phone to our fitter to answer any queries and delivery and fitting were seamless.

I would also add that we hadn’t researched much about our ovens, hobs, sinks, dishwasher, and all of Marc’s recommendations on this front have proved to be perfect for our needs.

We visited Kuchenstore Harrogate looking for a partial refurbishment of our kitchen to incorporate specific appliances which we weren’t having much success with at other suppliers. Marc took the time to go through and understand our requirements and was patient enough to go through numerous options before finalising our order. We engaged Kuchenstore Harrogate to design and install our new kitchen. From start to finish Marc and his team were fabulous. We spent a good deal of time developing the design that we wanted, and the design team were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The installation process was seamless, the quality of the product and the work excellent and the project was finished inside the programme period. Marc briefed us every morning on what work would be carried out that day and he personally ensured that the work was carried out in a clean and tidy manner with a minimum of disruption. We are really enjoying our new kitchen, and everything is perfectly positioned and a pleasure to use. I have been in the construction industry for going on 35 years and I can safely say Marc’s work, design, service, and product is easily in the top tier of what I have experienced. We had a wall removed between the old kitchen and diner, then the staff at the Harrogate store helped us get our vision to reality making the new kitchen the hub of our home just in time for our new baby to arrive.
